Help for the problems that interrupt your life—and the progress you still want to make.

Whether you are working through a recent injury, managing symptoms that keep returning, or wondering why your improvement has stalled, we start by understanding your experience and what you want to achieve. The goal is not a more complicated explanation. It is to identify which parts of your situation may deserve attention and what care, if any, is most likely to help.

Different Starting Points

You’ve made progress, but not as much as you hoped.

You may have providers you trust and care that has genuinely helped. Still, familiar limitations remain, or you suspect there is more improvement available. Sometimes a different clinical perspective or a more targeted intervention can reveal useful next steps.

Several symptoms seem connected—or problems keep returning.

Your experience may not fit neatly into one diagnosis or body region. Perhaps treatment helps briefly, but the problem returns. We consider whether relevant connections have been overlooked, while recognizing that not every symptom has the same source.

A new injury is getting in the way.

You want to return to work, exercise, recreation, or daily life with as little unnecessary delay as possible. Some injuries call for focused, straightforward care. We assess what the situation requires rather than assume the explanation must be complex.

The concerns people bring to us

We work with a range of pain and movement complaints, including selected back and neck problems; shoulder and elbow symptoms; hip, thigh, knee, foot and ankle concerns; mild-to-moderate strains and recent injuries; and symptoms that affect more than one area or recur despite previous care.

These examples describe areas within our clinical experience, not a promise that every diagnosis or presentation is appropriate for OYHPT. The inquiry process helps determine whether our expertise matches your needs—and whether another professional would be a better fit.

What would meaningful improvement make possible?

For one person, it is hiking farther, returning to sport, or moving comfortably at work. For another, it is keeping up with family, managing home projects, or doing something enjoyable without days of discomfort afterward. We use your goals to guide priorities and judge whether the care you receive is helping you move toward what matters to you.

You don't need to know which treatment you need.

You may come with a diagnosis, several competing explanations, or questions you have not been able to resolve.

You do not need to choose between FDM, visceral manipulation, exercise, or another technique before contacting us.

We can discuss your history and goals, consider what may be useful to assess, and help determine whether we are a worthwhile addition to your healthcare team.

Tell us what you would like help with and what you hope to achieve. We will review your inquiry and follow up using an accepted contact method to discuss how you would like to begin.
