Make sense of what’s getting in the way—and make meaningful progress toward what matters to you.
Own Your Health Physiotherapy helps health-invested people understand what may be limiting their progress, uncover overlooked connections within the body, and prioritize the areas of care most likely to produce meaningful change.
You’ve made progress—but still believe your body is capable of more.
Seemingly related symptoms keep getting addressed one at a time.
Treatment helps, but familiar problems continue to return.
You’ve been given explanations, but parts of your experiences still don’t fit.
You may have providers you trust and treatments that help.
You may even know how to calm down a flare when it starts.
But you still feel limited below where you think you should be—and some of your symptoms or restrictions seem connected in ways that have never fully made sense.
That is often where our work begins.

“Caleb is awesome. I had multiple high-grade ligament tears in my ankle after a bad soccer injury - on top of years of chronic ankle sprains. After 6 months, I still couldn't run or jump or do any sports activities or even walk without discomfort. I was ready to schedule surgery for the ligament repair when I had a session with Caleb. A total of three sessions later, I'm running and jumping without pain and hardly thinking about my ankle. Surgery is canceled. Caleb's a great professional and fun to treat with. He's also very efficient and not interested in wasting anyone's time. Next time I have a sports injury, he'll be my first call. Can't recommend him enough!”

We don’t stop at the first explanation that might fit.
Look beyond isolated symptoms.
When appropriate, we consider relationships elsewhere in the body rather than assuming every symptom is a separate problem.
Test what appears relevant.
An interesting theory is not enough. We look for changes when a suspected contributor is supported, treated, or otherwise modified.
Prioritize what matters.
Not every finding deserves your time, money, effort, or attention. We focus on where intervention appears most likely to matter for your goals.
Reassess.
Your response helps determine whether we continue, modify the plan, or look in a different direction.
Expertise should inform your choices—not replace them.
We bring the expertise.
You bring your lived experience, priorities, and choices.
We figure out the best path forward together.
Your goals belong to you. Our job is to help you better understand your options, likely trade-offs, and what each path may require.
