Something a Little Different…
I have fond memories of drinking root beer floats at my grandparent’s house as a kid. They had an outdoor patio and didn’t mind if it got a little messy. So, sometimes my grandpa would fill the glass with vanilla ice cream and poor the root beer a little too aggressively so it would foam and fizz out of the glass. His eyes would crinkle up in laughter while my brother and I would try to sip it up as fast as we could in a futile attempt to keep it from flowing over the rim. Root beer floats are great. I’m sure I will have more in the future. However, thanks to Snow Eater Brewing Co. in Liberty Lake, Washington, I recently found something… a little different - and dare I say even better.
Ever heard of a beer float? I hadn’t until the owner of Snow Eater Brewing Co. told me about Moose Trot. It’s a peanut butter chocolate stout that, true to his word, goes well with a scoop (or two) of vanilla-bean ice cream! As I said, it’s something a little different. And, it’s not for everyone. But for me and my wife, this is one kind of different that is a step above the norm.
The same can be said of Dotson Physiotherapy. Regular physical therapy clinics are great and they help a lot of people. However, at Dotson Physiotherapy we try to be a step above. We’re not for everyone. But, for those who want the convenience of zero commuting, a big-picture plan of care, and no insurance hassles, we just might be… a good kind of different.

I’m no beer coinsure, but I have friends who claim to be and they rave about Snow Eater Brewing Co.!
If you like a good stout, I challenge you to find one with more flavor profile than Devil’s Dream.
If you, like my wife, like a fruit-forward IPA, Sunrise Park is a must! (Inside sources say they’ll tap a brand new, even better, hazy within the next couple weeks.)
Or, if you just want to drink a good beer and support the wildland fire fighters, then stop by Snow Eater Brewery, cozy up to their outdoor fire pits and sip on a glass of Wild Fire.
Either way, we encourage you to support local entrepreneurs making the world better while pursuing their passion.
